Kopek is the half-brother of Za and is an Archetype, the warriors that protected the Uvena System and in particular, the Senator that represented the Uvena System and the surrounding systems in the Old Republic. With the rise of the Empire, the order of warriors became corrupted and rather than be the protectors of the System, they help the Empire enslave and subjugate the population. In addition, one of their priorities is to hunt down those connected to or those that are still loyal to the last Senator, Mizet, who fell from power because she objected to the Old Republic's use of clones during the Clone Wars.
Ok, there's not much there about Kopek as a character, but I'm not a big believer in spoiling the story by telling people what happens in it. To find out more, you'll have to read them. Incidentally, Confrontation With a Jedi is no longer a viable story because Korta Sarc was killed 11 years before A New Hope, not straight after ROTS, as I'd put in the story. (That's what happens when you rely on obscure info from an Encyclopaedia site based on an obscure role-playing book....)
